1/4cDark rum, grand marnier,
  Brewed coffee - or orange juice
4ozInstant pudding mix,
  Chocolate fudge

Recipe by: 365 Great Chocolate Desserts - ISBN 0-06-016537-5 Preparation Time: 0:10 1. In a medium bowl, beat cream with an electric mixer on high until stiff; set aside. In a medium bowl, combine milk and rum; add pudding mix. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed until well blended, 1 to 2 mins. 2. Fold whipped cream into pudding mixture until no white streaks remain. Use immediately to fill and frost cake.

NOTE; enough to to fill and frost a 9-inch 2-layer cake. Be sure to keep refrigerated.
